1. What is Cut-off time?
Cut-off time determines the latest time an order must be placed to be processed on the same working day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next eligible working day.
This guide explains how to configure cut-off time correctly, including weekend and holiday exclusions, to avoid misleading delivery information.
2. How to set up Cut-off time?

STEP 1: Open the settings Go to Theme editor > Theme settings > Cut-off time settings group STEP 2: Set the cut-off time At Hour and Minute, select the cut-off time for order processing. Example: 12:00 PM = cut-off time at exactly noon. STEP 3: Configure weekend delivery exclusions Use Weekend delivery exclusions to prevent cut-off time from applying on non-working days. Choose among these options:
STEP 4: Set holiday delivery exclusions In the Holidays delivery exclusions field: Enter holidays in the format: Month Day Example: March 13
STEP 5: Choose the cut-off time calculation mode Select how the countdown and delivery logic should be calculated: Everyday:
