B2B Low Stock
Ask AI

1. What is B2B Low Stock?

B2B low stock is a Theme setting that controls low-stock messaging shown specifically to approved wholesale customers, for example on the Quick order list. It's a wholesale-specific counterpart to the general retail inventory settings, so you can use a different threshold for B2B buyers than you do for retail shoppers.

2. Common Use Cases

🤔 How to set a separate low-stock threshold for B2B customers?

STEP 1: Open the settings

Go to Theme settings > B2B and scroll to B2B low stock.

STEP 2: Turn it on

Tick B2B low stock to show low-stock messaging to wholesale buyers. This reveals two sub-settings.

STEP 3: Set the threshold

Use B2B low stock threshold (default 24) to set the quantity at or below which the low-stock warning appears. At or under this number, B2B customers see "Low stock" instead of "In stock"; above it, they see "In stock".

STEP 4: Decide how the exact quantity shows

Use Show quantity to choose "Only when low stock" (the count only appears once stock is low) or "Always" (signed-in B2B customers always see the exact count).
