You can freely choose which posts/media to display by hashtag or manually select in this section. Choose "Display all" if you want all your posts to show in this feed. Easily "Drag and drop" to rearrange the display position of posts. Filter at the "Hashtags" button to select media to display according to the hashtag attached. It can display all hashtags in the last 25 posts.   Choose the button icon "Return to Default" if you want to reset the media position to the original. *NOTE: Please contact us to use "All Hashtags" or "Save media" features Filter at the "All Hashtags" button to select media of 200 latest posts according to the hashtag attached. Click "Save Media" to save all changed configurations in the Edit Media tab.

Managing Your Feeds

This guide will walk you through how to manage your feeds on the Manage Feeds page. 1. Adding a New Feed Click the "Add New Feed" button. This will take you to the feed editing page. You can check the guide to setup page here. 2. Table Feed Once you've added a feed, you'll see the following information: Feed ID: A unique identifier for the feed. Feed Name: A user-friendly name assigned to the feed. On Post Click: The action that occurs when a user clicks on a post from this feed. This could be Showing post details, Showing media only, Redirecting to Instagram, or even Doing nothing.  Layout: The visual layout of the feed, such as a list or grid view. Actions: A set of actions that can be performed on the feed, including editing and deleting. Edit: Click the "Edit" button to modify the feed's settings, such as its name, source, or display options. Delete: Click the "Delete" button to remove the feed. A confirmation popup will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion. 3. Action buttons for multi-feed selected This section displays a table of all your existing feeds. Each row in the table represents a single feed. If you select multiple feeds, the delete action becomes available. Click the "Delete" button to remove all selected feeds. A confirmation popup will appear to ensure you want to proceed with the deletion. You can either cancel the action by clicking "Cancel" or the "X" button on the popup. By following these steps, you can effectively manage your feeds and customize their behavior to suit your specific needs.

(1) Why does the Instagram feed not appear on my storefront? What should I do? This case may happen due to: Being hidden: The app block might be hidden/not visible. Check again on the storefront customization page and choose Visible if this happens. Account connection: There might be problems with your Instagram account connection. Please check the app settings. (2) Can I place the feed on pages other than Home Page? You certainly can place multiple feeds on any pages you want. Go to the page you want to add feeds, choose “Add block” and choose OT: Easy Instagram Feed app. If the app is not shown on the page you desire, please contact us for further support. (3) Is it possible to display feeds from different Instagram accounts? Unfortunately, with the current version of this app, you can only connect and get the feed from ONE Instagram account. Add feed to your storefront

1. Add Instagram Feed to Homepage When finished, click the Save button to save all the settings. Then to add to your Shopify store, click on the Add Feed to the Homepage button. You will be navigated to the theme customization page. A new app section - a new Instagram feed will be added to the home page. Note: If the home page already has at least one Instagram feed app section, the button will change to View the theme. By clicking the button, you will be redirected to the theme customization page and no new app section will be added. To add more feeds, at the theme setup page, navigate to the Apps Section, and select Add block > Apps > OT: Easy Instagram Feed. An Instagram feed that was configured before will show up. Note: You can add multiple app blocks to the current page or various pages (homepage, product pages, etc.) The Instagram feeds will update the latest post in real-time. This means that any new post on your Instagram account will appear on the feed instantly.  2. Edit the feed on the storefront There’s an feed edit section on the right side. Here you can adjust a specific feed to match your theme. Feed ID: Enter the ID of the feed you want to display on this block. If left blank, the first feed listed in your feed management settings will be displayed. Title Instagram Feed: Enter the title for that specific feed. Leave it blank to use the title configured at the app configuration before. Title Color: Pick the color of the title using the color picker or submitting the color code. Title Size: Change the current feed’s title size. The default value is 40px and the maximum value is 100px. Description: Add a description for the chosen feed. You can edit the text format, except for the font. The description's font will match the theme's body font. And you can change the description color as well. Desktop/Mobile layout: Customize feed display on desktop and mobile. Make section full width: Define the feed block with full screen width. Show section divider: Add the dividing line above the feed block. Top padding/Bottom padding: Determine the top/bottom padding of the block. The default value is 0px and the maximum value is 100px. Custom code settings: Edit the feed by adding custom code. Custom code: Edit the feed by adding custom HTML, CSS, or JavaScript code. Advanced custom code: Add custom code to change the feed's configuration options (?). For this feature, please Contact us. You can return to the app configuration page by clicking Manage App. Check the responsiveness of the feed on your store again. Then, click Save to save all the setup. And your Instagram feed is ready to use.

Under the account section is the configuration for the feed. There is an Edit section and a Preview section for both desktop and mobile displays. The preview will change upon your settings. 1. Select Feed If your store has multiple feeds and you want to choose a specific one to display to your customers, find the "Select Feed" dropdown on the dashboard. From the dropdown menu, select the desired feed ID. To manage your feeds, click the "Manage Feeds" button located next to the feed ID list. Note: This feature is only visible when your account has more than 2 feeds and is only accessible on the Instagram Feed page. 2. General Options 2.1. Feed Name This configuration field is required. Please provide a name to identify this feed. This will help you easily distinguish between different feeds.  Simply enter a name in the provided text field. 2.2. Title Enter the title for the feed or leave it blank to hide the title. 2.3. On post click Here you can choose the action for when customers click on a certain post. Show post details: A popup will show up with the media, account name, caption, and the published date. Customers can click the arrow to see the next posts. They can also click the account name or the See on Instagram text to be redirected to your Instagram account page, or the media to be redirected to that post on Instagram. Show media only: A popup will show up with the media only. Customers can click the arrow to see the next posts, or click on the media to be redirected to that post on your Instagram page. Redirect to Instagram: Visitors will be redirected to that post on your Instagram account page. Do nothing: No action happens upon clicking. View the results by clicking on the post in the preview section. 2.4. Feed Layout Display a. Format, Post Spacing, Rounded Corners & Max Number of Posts Format: Choose the post display format: 1:1 (square) or 9:16 (vertical). Post Spacing: Choose spacing size among the posts in the feed. The default value is 5px and the maximum is 20px. Rounded Corners: Set the degree of rounded corners for the posts. The default value is 5%. Max number of posts: Choose the maximum number of posts to be displayed on the feed. The minimum value is 1 and the maximum is 25 (Shopify’s limit). Note: If your account has more posts than the chosen value, this app will show the latest posts until the limit is reached. If your post has more than 1 image/video: By default, our app will only display the first one. Or contact us if you want to show all. b. Layout: Slider & Grid This Instagram Feed app supports 3 layouts for you to choose from: Grid, Slider and, Highlight. Grid: The feed will be displayed in a grid layout. We’ve set the default number of posts per row for both desktop and mobile. If you want to change it, please contact us. Slider: The feed will be displayed in a slider/carousel layout. Here, you can: Choose to enable Auto-play mode or not. Set the auto-play time to the next post at Change slide every (second). The maximum value is 10 (or contact us to change the max value). Customers also can click the arrow to switch to the next post. Row: Choose the number of rows displayed in the slider, the maximum is 2 rows. Highlight: The feed will have 1 post in highlight and other posts in 2 rows. We’ve set the default number of posts per row for both desktop and mobile. If you want to change it, please contact us. 2.5. Hover effect You can define hover effects on media. There're 3 options: None: Only has a blur overlay Zoom In: When hovering the media, there will be a blur overlay and the image will be zoom in. Zoom out: When hovering the media, there will be a blur overlay and the image will be zoom out. The default value will be "None". 2.6. Responsive layout This function determines the responsiveness of the layout in your storefront. If you select "Auto": The layout will automatically adjust to different devices. For example, desktop will display 5 columns, tablets will display 4 or 3, and mobile will display 2. If you select "Manual": The number of columns displayed in a single row will be based on the value you set in the "Columns" configuration. 3. Desktop  3.1. Columns  This option allows you to customize the number of items displayed in a single row on desktop and tablet screens. You can choose a number between 1 and 5. This setting is only available when you've selected the "Manual" layout option. 3.2. Post Spacing  This option lets you adjust the spacing between images on desktop and tablet screens. You can set the spacing in pixels, with values ranging from 0 to 20. 4. Mobile 4.1. Columns  This option allows you to customize the number of items displayed in a single row on mobiles. You can choose a number between 1 and 3. This setting is only available when you've selected the "Manual" layout option. 4.2. Post Spacing  This option lets you adjust the spacing between images on mobiles. You can set the spacing in pixels, with values ranging from 0 to 12. 5. Preview Tab This tab displays a preview of your layout on desktop and mobile devices. The mobile preview is particularly helpful as it shows how your layout will appear within a mobile device frame, providing a more realistic view.
