After installing the app in your store, you will see the OT: Easy Instagram Feed tab. The tab layout will be like this: It provides you with a setup guide and a live support method.
Follow these steps to get started:
1. Connect your Instagram account
1.1. Login and connect the app with your Instagram account
Click on “Connect to Instagram” button and you will be redirected to the Instagram account page.
If you haven’t logged in to your Instagram account, you will see the login page.
After finishing or having already logged in, you will see a popup that requests you to allow the connection. Click the “Allow” button.
The connection is successful only if you see the status “Connected to @[account]” on the app page.
1.2. Change/Disconnect account
After successfully connecting your Instagram account, you will find a new "Change Instagram account" and "Disconnect" button. Use them to switch to another account or disconnect the current one.
- Change Instagram account: The system will direct you to the Instagram page. Log out the current account and then proceed to connect to a new account.
- Disconnect: After choosing, a popup will appear, and you can choose to Disconnect or Cancel your action. Then, the interface will turn back to default.
2. Customize the feed layout
- In order to customize the feed layout, go to Manage feeds page -> Choose the feed to edit.
- Edit feed layout in Edit Config tab.

3. Select posts & tag products
- To select posts to display and tag products to make posts shoppable, go to Manage feeds page. Choose the feed to edit.
- Edit the Edit Media tab to select posts and tag products.

4. Show feed on your store
- To activate the feed on your store, go to Manage feeds page -> Choose the feed to display on your store.
- In the Edit Config tab, you can add feed to your theme.
