When you are trying to link your Instagram account to Easy Instagram Feed app, and the screen displays this error message - “400 session invalid”, don’t worry — this is a common issue caused by Instagram, not the app itself.
While we can't fix the error directly, here are a few recommended steps you can try to resolve it:
1. Disconnect and reconnect your Instagram account
- Log out of all active Instagram accounts.
- Close the current browser/app.
- Log back into Instagram.
- Go to the app and try to connect again.
2. Clear browsing data
Clear your cookies and cache on your browser to ensure old login sessions are removed.
3. Log in by other methods
- Open incognito/private browsing mode and log in.
- Try another browser like Safari, Chrome, Edge,…
- Log in from a different device — preferably a laptop, but you can also try a tablet or mobile phone.
4. Change your network settings
- Switch to another network or change IP address.
- Use cellular data instead of Wi-Fi.
5. Wait and try again later
If you’ve tried all those methods but it doesn’t work, wait for a short period (an hour) and try to reconnect.
Reminder:
- Check your Instagram account settings: Check for any restrictions in Settings > Privacy > Restricted Accounts or Blocked Accounts.
- Make sure you log into the correct account when connecting.
