Theme mode

1. What setup can you do in Theme mode?

  • Use case 1: Enable users to manually select a default theme (Light/Dark) and switch between them freely at any time.
  • Use case 2: Automatically sync the application's theme with the device’s Light/Dark settings for a seamless and consistent experience.

2. Location & Setup

  1. Go to “Online Store” > “Themes” > ”Customize”.
  2. Click the Theme Settings tab.
  3. Go to Theme mode.

Want to enable users to manually select a default theme (Light or Dark)? Here's how:

STEP 1:
Go to Theme Settings > Theme mode.

STEP 2:
Turn on the Enable theme mode toggle.
In the Select mode field, choose Allow manual switch.

STEP 3:
Set your Default theme — Light or Dark — to define what customers see first.

STEP 4:
Click “Save”.
