🤔 How to set up a basic Cart page?
Want to configure the full cart page layout? Here's how:
STEP 1:
Search for Items (this section is added by default).
STEP 2: Configure Cart group settings
The Items section of the Cart page uses the same core settings as the mini cart, so key features like cart notes, discount fields, and terms and conditions are already applied.
STEP 3: Add and configure Cart upsell section
- Add the Cart upsell section to the Cart page layout.
- Refer to the "How to configure Cart upsell?" guide for detailed instructions (settings are consistent between mini cart and Cart page).
- Click on the Cart upsell section to open its settings panel and:
- Choose Heading tag (H2 recommended for SEO).
- Adjust the number of columns on desktop (1 to 5) to control product card layout.
- Scroll down to the Product cards group to control what appears on each upsell product card:
- Toggle Show vendor to show or hide the product vendor name.
- Toggle Show product rating to show or hide star ratings (requires a product rating app).
- Toggle Show "Quick view" button to let customers preview upsell products without leaving the cart page.
- Toggle Show product labels and badges to show or hide any labels and badges on upsell product cards.
STEP 4:
Click "Save" when done.
