WhatsApp widget

This part allows you to customize the WhatsApp widget's UI and let you preview those changes.

  • To use WhatsApp at storefront, you will have to turn on WhatsApp. Once you click on the Turn on button, you will be redirected to the theme editor to enable the app embed.
  • To use FAQ at storefront, you will have to turn on the WhatsApp chat widget. You can leave this until after you have configured the FAQ.
  • At each tab, you will be able to select a preset that we have already designed to quickly style your WhatsApp widget. 
  • There are configurations to help you tailor the appearance such as text color, button size and icon. Moreover, you can set up the support content during working hours and break time. Changes are shown in the preview.
