Once you have finished all the admin configurations, go to the storefront to check your WhatsApp widget.

  • From the welcome pop-up/ Inside the chat widget, type a message and click “Send”/ press Enter from the keyboard. Continue the conversation in WhatsApp chat.
  • You can search for FAQ by typing keywords in the search box
  • When you are at an FAQ detail page, you can click on the Home button to instantly go back to the homepage of the chat widget.
