1. What is 404 page?

The 404 page appears when a user tries to access a page that does not exist on your website. It serves to inform users that the page they are looking for cannot be found and can provide guidance on what to do next.

2. Location & Setup

Go to “Online Store” > “Themes” > ”Customize”.
Click on the Homepage dropdown menu.
Search for "404 page"
Click on it to navigate.
From here, you can customize the page template as you want.

3. Common Use Cases

🤔 How to set up the 404 page?

There are several elements you can set up for the 404 page:

Image: Click “Select” to choose an image that replaces the 404 text.
Heading: Enter to replace the default Page not found text. Change its size using the Heading size.
Text: Add custom text to provide further information or instructions for the user.
Colors: Change the color scheme of the page.
