How to redeem a coupon code for paid sections?

Our premium sections are typically locked and require purchase for access. However, during special sales campaigns or for valued customers, we may provide coupon codes for complimentary section access. This guide outlines the steps to redeem your coupon code.

1. Obtaining Your Coupon Code

• Email Delivery: Coupon codes are most often distributed via email. Please check your inbox for an email from support@omnithemes.com. To expedite your search, note that campaign-specific email titles are used.
• In-App Support: Alternatively, a customer support representative may provide your code through the in-app live chat. Review your chat history or request the code directly from our support staff.

2. Redeeming Your Coupon Code

Once you have received your coupon code, follow these steps within the app dashboard:

1. Navigate to the "Sections" Tab: Open the app and go to the "Sections" tab.

2. Select the Section: Click the image or section name for which you have a coupon code.

3. Apply the Code: Enter the received coupon code into the "Coupon" field and click "Apply."

4. Confirm the Discounted Price: The purchase button will now display the discounted price (e.g., "Purchase with $X"). If your coupon code provides a 100% discount, the price will be $0.

5. Complete the Purchase:

• If a remaining balance is due, proceed with the payment process.
• If your coupon provides a 100% discount, the section will be marked as "Purchased by $0".

* Important Note: Be sure to click the "Purchase" button to finalize, even with a 100% discount. Otherwise, the coupon code will not be applied.

6. Install the Section: Select the Shopify theme where you wish to install the section and click "Install." You can now begin using the section.
