Affiliate Program - Terms & Conditions
By joining our Affiliate Program, you agree with all of the terms and conditions in this Affiliate Agreement. 1. Referral Earnings As a partner with Omni, you'll receive up to 50% commission for any of your successful referrals. This does not apply tomerchants.- From 1 to 10 referrals in the same month, you'll receive a 20% commission- Starting from 11 to 20 referrals in the same month, you'll receive a 25% commission- Starting from 21 to 50 referrals in the same month, you'll receive a 30% commission- From the 51st referral onwards, you'll receive a 50% commission*Counted referrals will reset each month. For example, you have 15 referrals this month, but first day of next month will be counted again from the beginning. 2. Successful Referrals Successful referrals are counted when purchasing our themes directly through the Shopify theme store. Please note that the submission must be made within a 90-day time window from the date of theme purchase. Submissions outside of this time window will not be accepted. You must register to become our partner before sending any referrals. Referral earnings cannot be applied to theme purchases made before the first day of our Partnership. 3. Referral Tracking Purchases must be submitted to our affiliate portal. Please fill out multiple times if there is more than one referral. >>> Learn more how to submit referral here. In some cases, we'll request an official receipt from Shopify if we're unable to verify your purchase. 4. Payout Commission will be cashed back to your PayPal account that you've registered before. Once your earnings exceed $50, you can request a payout. To do this, simply click on the 'request to pay' option on your My Apps dashboard. >>> Detailed guide here. Commissions are paid in USD 5. Advertisements The Affiliate may only display advertisements that include Omni Themes's logos or service marks in a good manner, but may not use our logos or service marks in a manner that negatively portrays Omni Themes. Any violation may result in the termination of your Partner status. 6. Relationship and Parties Omni Themes and the Affiliate are independent contractors. The Affiliate Agreement will not create any partnership, employment, representative, agency, or joint venture relationship between the parties. The Affiliate has no authority to represent Omni Themes.

Introduce our new partner portal for Shopify theme - Eurus We’ve launched an affiliate tracking portal for the Eurus Theme. Starting June 1, 2025, you can submit referrals and access a transparent dashboard with full tracking details. 🔗 https://affiliate.bsscommerce.com/register/partner ⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTE: All referrals submitted via the old form before June 1, 2025, will still be counted and processed. How we calculate and pay for partners?
How we calculate the commission? The commission will be based on the theme price at the time you purchase the theme (invoices from Shopify).For example, if you submitted a referral on May 5, 2025, for a purchase made on April 1, 2025 (when the theme price was $290), your commission will be calculated based on the April 1 purchase date. Our commission structure How to request a payout? The partner can initiate a payment request once your commission exceeds the minimum withdrawal amount ($50). Once the request is sent, BSS Commerce (Omni Themes) affiliate team will have a 60-day window to transfer the money to your PayPal account. To request a payout, follow these steps: STEP 1: Go to the My Themes page, where you can find all the BSS Commerce (Omni Themes) themes you are connected with. STEP 2: Click on Request to pay button. (The button will be disabled until you reach the minimum withdrawal amount (for example, $50)) Manage payment account Go to Manage Accounts to set up your Paypal account to get the commission. Make sure your PayPal information is updated and correct in your Affiliate account to ensure a smooth transaction. Mornitor your earnings You can view all your referral information and track your earnings directly on the platform. This allows you to monitor your performance and manage your account effectively. To refer new clients to our program, you can follow these simple steps: STEP 1: After logging in successfully to the dashboard, navigate to Referrals page > Themes. STEP 2: Click the Send referral request button. STEP 3: Input the referral information, including: Store URL (required): The full .myshopify domain of the store you have referred. Theme Purchase Email (required): The email that was used to purchase our theme. Purchase date (required): The date that you successfully purchased our theme. Additional info (optional): Add any information to help us know you have made the referral. (billing, chat mention, etc.) This information is proof that you referred the store to use our theme. Note: If you are not sure about the information of the referral you share, you can Save as draft to get more information from your clients later. How to create an Affiliate account?
Access the Affiliate Program STEP 1: Clicking on our Affiliate Program link: https://affiliate.bsscommerce.com/register/partner STEP 2: Fill in all information required to create your own affiliate account. You need to register only once. Following your initial sign-up, you can effortlessly apply for additional programs in our network. Access Your Dashboard STEP 1: Once your account is set up and verified, log in to access your dashboard.
